    Vault Recording: TBD

Most enterprises have cloud adoption projects underway, and many have created Centers of Excellence or entire business units to explore new tools and processes. When cloud teams are small, it is relatively easy to architect a secure environment with a simple set of best practices, security playbook and an idea of what good governance looks like. But what happens when you want to spread these practices and gain widespread adoption across your larger IT organization?

In this session, Stephanie Tayengco, SVP of Operations at Logicworks, will share critical learnings from a real world large enterprises' efforts to disseminate and enforce a working version of this vision across their organization. This includes what steps organizations have to take once they make the migration to the cloud, how to handle adoption of the cloud throughout the business and how DevOps is the answer for security and governance concerns.

We will answer questions such as:

    • So you have a Center of Excellence; now what?
    • How can you facilitate the spread of key cloud learnings across an organization (no matter the size)?
    • How are new, cloud-ready security protocols established and maintained?
    • What tools enable governance without slowing you down?
