In this half day workshop, you'll learn ninja management skills to help you lead a team in today's diverse and dispersed workplace. We'll talk about how work has changed, how technology and human behavior have come together to create new ways of interacting, and we'll try out different styles of managing to explore how to engage people to do great work in new ways.
