    Jill Hinson, President at ChangeFusion, is an International business leader with twenty years combined experience in organization development, leadership development and marketing. She is a results-driven consultant experienced in conceptualizing, developing and managing large scale change initiatives, leadership development programs, onboarding leaders, senior leadership team cohesion, and organization assessments. Jill is an innovative thinker, driven to make a positive impact, by applying thorough, practical solutions to solve complex organizational issues.

    Within ChangeFusion, Jill supports a diverse range of public and private clients including Pearson, FDA, National Gallery of Arts, Federal Reserve Board of Governors, DC Courts, Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, Jet Blue, and City of Alexandria. She specializes in accelerating change, developing leaders, and building organizational effectiveness. Her work includes partnering and coaching C-level executives to improve personal effectiveness, aligning senior teams, enabling organization wide change, and developing leaders and managers.

    Previously, Jill was the Organization Development Director at S.W.I.F.T., a global financial telecommunications organization. She held enterprise-wide responsibilities for employee engagement, culture change, and performance management. Additionally, she directly supported internal clients including IT/Operations division and the Commercial divisions. Key results included developing and executing leadership development programs, leading cultural change initiatives, leading the performance management process, onboarding senior managers, team development and coaching.

    Previously, Jill held marketing leadership positions at Nordstrom.

    Jill holds master's degree in Organization Development from American University/NTL and an undergraduate bachelor of business/marketing degree from James Madison University. Jill has spoken at several conferences, such as CBODN's annual conference, ODN's annual conference, NTL's annual conference, IABC and Ragan Employee Engagement Conference, presenting on employee engagement and change and complexity. Jill is the co-author of the article, "Leading in Complex Times" in the Practicing Social Change Journal and the book chapter, "Tapping the Power of Emergent Change" in The NTL Handbook of Organization Development and Change. She was a faculty member for Georgetown University Diversity and Inclusion certificate.

    She is a member of the Human Systems Dynamics Institute and the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioral Science. She is a Board member of CBODN. Jill is certified in Firo-B Instrument, the Oshry Power Lab, and EQi.
