    Today nearly all CEO's say they need their cultures to be both customers focused and agile so they can quickly shift priorities to respond to constantly disruptive forces. Yet most business organizations are designed around ridged, alpha-male strengths of competitiveness rather than typical female strengths of collaboration. This is a problem because it's causing negative innovation and the "failure to grow" syndrome.

    Meta-research from institutions such as Harvard, Wharton, MIT, McKinsey and Bain Capital all conclude that women-led teams and organizations achieve more revenue growth based on value innovation then male-dominated organizations. The primary reasons are that women's thinking versatility, strategic empathy and social intelligence give them a leadership advantage in times of instability and disruptive competition.
