What is the measure of a DevOp? How do you know you're improving?

Join us for this interactive session where we will discuss the key outcomes that a DevOps transition can deliver. Using those outcomes as a foundation, we will discover the key metrics that matter for your organization. DevOps can improve the speed at which your organization delivers change, improve your teams' efficiency, and help manage risk Increased cross-team collaboration and learning are necessary components of a DevOps practice that work in service of these key outcomes.

We will explore speed, efficiency, risk, and building internal communities of practice. For each of these we will:
    • Define the high-level outcome
    • Identify what will help achieve that outcome
    • Identify measures that will show our progress
    • List objective measures that we will start tracking

You will leave the workshop with metrics and a plan that you can put in place to start tracking DevOps transition.
