Containers have skyrocketed into popularity, bringing in new scenarios and driving noticeable changes in development workflow, IT operations, and application architectures. For many IT professionals, although the business visions and technical concepts of containers seem approachable, the complexities introduced by various frameworks and associated products from both the open source community and vendors for developing and operating containers in user environments have been overwhelming.

This one-day event is aimed at IT practitioners in all disciplines and businesses understand the use cases and develop sufficient technical depth to productively engage in architecting, developing and operating solutions relevant to container technologies. Industry leaders and experts in container technologies, microservices, continuous delivery/continuous deployment, and DevOps will offer a learning experience designed to provide core knowledge of container technologies. Speakers will examine containers from the business viewpoint to solution architecture, and from logical concepts to development and operations. Attendees will leave with an understanding container technology and the ability to identify the criteria specific to their businesses to define their own technology roadmaps for containers.
